Dushyanta Bandara Basnayake began his career as a Trainee Audit Assistant at Ernst & Young. After completing extensive training, he joined CBE Group of Companies as an Accountant. Under the same group, he rose to the Executive Director. While performing his duties Dushyanta Basnayake was capable of architecture his own business in Pharmaceutical Industry. In 2020 he started retail and distribution trading Pharmaceutical products and expanded the business within a short period. As a diversified Business executive, he was a multifaced corporate who has skills in Construction, Media, Insurance, and Agriculture. He has performed as the Managing Director of Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation, Director Finance of Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, and much other Government and Nun Government Institutions he has served as a Board Director and headed many board-appointed committees. Mr. Basnayake holds a degree in Business Administration, holds an Executive Masters’ in Business Administration from Sri Jayewardenepura University of Sri Lanka, Master of Laws in International Trade from Cardiff Met University, UK. He is a Fellow member of CIMA and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Further he is a Certified Member of Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Professional Managers.

Saranga Wijeyarathne is the current President of Colombo Chamber of Commerce ( CCC ) and the Director & Chairman of Public Relations & Regional Chamber Development of Federation of Chambers of Commerce & Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL). He has served as the Director General of the National Television, Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation and held several key decision-making positions in the private sector. Further he was recently engaged with Jaffna Stallions, a franchisee of Lanka Premier League ( LPL ) as the Director of Communication and Media. He is a Marketing Graduate from the University of Sri Jayewardanepura and holding an MBA from the University of Colombo. Saranga is a Fellow of Certified Professional Manager (FCPM) and a member of Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing(MSLIM). Saranga is an internationally recognized, award-winning professional marketer and initiated several ground-breaking marketing innovations. He is a past President of Colombo University MBA Alumni Association, Director of International Advertising Association ( IAA ) and a Member of the Global Advisory Board of World Brand Congress. He is a prominent speaker in numerous forums worldwide and won several international awards including Media Professional of the Year (2014) and International Brand Leadership Award in 2013. He was listed among 50 most influential marketing leaders by World Brand Congress in 2015.
